1) Shipping info:
a) We ship to contiguous USA; if you are outside, please email us to make order, we will reply you the estimated shipping cost.
b) We ship orders Monday - Friday. If you place an order on a weekend day or national holiday it will be processed the next business day.
c) We normally use either USPS Priority or Fedex/UPS Ground services; it usually takes 3-7 days. If you need Overnight, Second Day or other Express delivery, please place your order by email, we will confirm you estimated shipping fee and added to your invoice.
d) Shipping Rates base on the package weight.
0.01 to 1 Pound -- $5.95
1.01 to 2 Pounds -- $7.95
2.01 to 3 Pounds -- $9.95
3.01 to 4 Pounds -- $10.95
4.01 to 5 Pounds -- $11.95
5.01 to 10 Pounds -- add $1.00/each additional pound ($1 increment)
10.01 to 30 Pounds -- add $5.00/each additional 5 pounds ($5 increment)
30.01 to 60 Pounds -- add $10.00/each additional 10 pounds ($10 increment)
60.01 to 100 Pounds -- add $20.00/each additional 20 pounds ($20 increment)

2) Return policy:
Within 30 days when you receive the order, if for any reasons you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us via email or phone, obtain a return authorization number, and then return your product with original box. As soon as we receive, we are happy to full refund for you (Except Express Shipping Charge if it apply for).
3) Damaged item:
We will make every effort to ship items securely. In the event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt. We will make arrangement to have the damaged item picked up and then replace you new one. Please be noted that if you chose to refund, only after we receive damaged items, your refund will be issued.
4) Warning:
a) All the sizes are approximate and because of art work, the color of product may vary from the picture of this site.
b) Crystal is fragile, it may be broken in shipping & handling. First of all, for your safety, please be very careful when you open the package.
c) Our crystal products are only for displaying, decorating, absolutely NOT for tool or toy or any other improper usage.
d) Crystal products may be sharp, it should NOT be reached by children when be placed.
e) Crystal products should NOT be placed in direct sun light to avoid combustion (especially for clear crystal ball).
